Hi, For a while I am using macOS (10.13.6), Safari (12.0) and Web Plugin for Mac OS V3.0.6.23. It was running fine. Suddenly the Hikvision webserver starts complaining again with 'No plug-in detected'. I experience the same problem for Firefox (62.0.3). I closed all browsers and re-installed the plugin but it did not solve the problem. The latest Mac plugins for HikVision should be available from the European portal here: DOWNLOAD PORTAL The latest Mac version of IVMS-4200 is available here (sorry, the Mac version is mixed in with the Windows versions - look for the most recent dated update): DOWNLOAD PORTAL.
